14th birthday party help?!?!?

I would opt for a bonfire instead. Have a hotdog roast. Maybe some smores? I agree that it would probably be a little too cold for a pool party.

You could set up some fun games. Decorate with your colors. Definitely have some party favors. Music is a must have. Pass out glow in the dark necklaces or glow sticks to use during the party (if it's a night). Set out other snack foods like chips, veggie and fruit trays, candied apples, popcorn or popcorn balls. And hot chocolate too, if it's chilly.

Have fun!!

well girl/boy youre trippin, i am not as privileged to even have a house(i live in a trailer) let alone a pool but a 14 year old girl (most likely your parents unless u have a job) is going to spend $250 for a party that she is not going to remember. Ending middle school aint a big accomplishment im 16 and i wish i was still in middle school. just have a small kick back with you're closest friends because im pretty sure u dont even know all 25-40 kids favorite meals or color. small kick back, close friends, go do something, not spend 2go dollars and be in a lot of people u barely talk to.

Shelbi, it will be a little on the cool side. I think your missing the point here. You want a Grease theme the pink, white and glitter, where an excellent theme is starring you in the face.

You want to have a successful 14th, you want to be a successful teen, then you have to rock girl....you were 9 years old five years okay, get with it.

I say take the advantage of having Halloween be close to your birthday and have a madquerade ball or costume party.Your friends will have a blast selecting a mask or costume to wear to your party. It will be very memoriable too.

Ok so my birthday is at the end of October near Halloween and I NEED some party ideas. I know it's early but I want the party to be perfect. My party will have 25-40 girls and guys so it has to be something everyone will like. I was thinking about renting out our neighborhood pool but I'm worried it will be too cold. I haven't had a birthday party since third grade and this is the year before high school so it has to be memorable. I'm very girly so I want the theme to be pink, white, and glitter. We cant spend that much so the budget is about $250 for EVERYTHING. I like the idea of having a pool party because it's a flat rate for the pool and I can invite as many people as I want, and I'm not crazy about having to pay for each person. House parties aren't really that good either because my house is small and we have an empty backyard. I really need help and ideas for food, dessert, decorations, and favors for this party. THANKS!

Oh and also my neighborhood pool is a nice size but there are no slides or diving boards so are there any ideas for nice pools to rent out?
