How about an ice skating party at the indoor rink at the Ballston Shopping Center or the rinks in Reston or Fairfax City? For a set price they will rent your group skates, give you time on the ice, and give you a small party room where you can set up with your own refreshments.

Ice skating is one of the party ideas that would be good for both the girls and the boys.

If not everyone can skate, that's just part of the fun as people help each other.

I am turning 14 in October, I know it is far away but "My mom likes to plan early.", I will have boys and girls at the party, there will be a lot of people probably. I live in a pretty small apartment so nothing at home, i live in a bad neighborhood..... so nothing outside and there is no space anyway, it cannot be too expensive. I live in Virginia. I will probably have the birthday party somewhere around Fairfax, Oakton, Annandale, Alexandria, Arlington, Reston and Washington DC. Any ideas? Please help.
