People are forgetting Mayweather is actually the greatest super featherweight of all time and he carried his power all the way to 140. He has added extra muscle just to make the welterweight division. He was a monster at the lower weight division and he has bulked up in muscle too. Any Mayweather style stops Garcia.

The fight will only happen if Amir Khan is defeated by Devon Alexander. If he isn't, its a big money fight in UK for the IBF and WBC belts. If he us defeated, Mayweather takes on Garcia and if he wins, he is also the lineal champ at 140

Garcia was impressive in how he outboxed Matthysse, but Mayweather is not Matthysse.

Mayweahter without question, You have a very good140lb fighter vs an all time great fighter. PBF after his last performance proved that when he retires his name needs to be metioned when people talk about the greatest boxers of all time, Ali, SRR, SRL,Duran, people will need to include PBF.
