You must be talking, about Heavyweights, because their are some great American Champs out their right now.
Heavyweight American Hope
Bryant Jennings 17-0 9 KO's Looks well polished
Deontay Wilder 29-0 29 KO's A little wild, but is agressive, and fast
Seth Mitchell 26-1-1 19 KO's Just avenged his only lost to Banks
Chirs Arreola 35-3 30 KO's Tough, but lacks training
Malik Scott 35-1-1 12 KO's Just lost for 1st time to Chisora
Jonathan Banks 29-2-1 19 KO's Just lost to Mitchell, trains Klitschkos
yeah that's true unfortunately but its not that Americans cant be good I think it because boxing isn't popular in America anymore because MMA has skyrocket into mainstream and that's where most of the would-be boxers are going . people follow the money and fame.. Boxing got too greedy and promoters limited fights for champions and fights became far and few and fights you wanted to see didn't happen (mayweather-Pacquio) or Tyson Holyfield in Tyson's prime before prison where Tyson would of destroyed him instead he ducked Tyson and waited till Tyson got out of prison and not even close to what he use to be then fights him
One drop just said it all
A boy that was born back in let's say 1998, all he has seen during his lifetime is 3 all time great Euros (both Klitschkos and Lennox) and plentiful white champs. Isn't it amazing how times have changed? Will we ever see a dominant American (black or white) champion?
