Rofl no they didnt pay for it the network that filmed it did, also the bride and groom also got paid for just allowing the network to film them and for allowing the "planners" to mess it up for drama sakes,
Me and my friend were watching Master chef and got in an argument about weather the couple had to pay the show to cook for the event. I said yes because they are cooking for the whole wedding my friend said no because what if they mess up.
