In what order do I order beverages in a fine dining restaurant?

If you don't try to be yourself, it won't matter how drunk you get her. Wine with dinner, whatever you want wherever you want after.

you can have any type of drink, a cocktail, beer or spirits before dinner, one or more wines with dinner and usually a liqueur after dinner. that should be plenty and be guided by the waiter regarding coffee and liqueur away from your dining table. he will usually suggest you move but if he doesn't then ask. you may be rushed over coffee and liqueur and the check, if they need the dining table.

I am taking a date to a fine dining restaurant for her first time and I promised her the "full experience". While I'm aware of how to order and inspect wine, I would just like to know what's considered a before and after dinner drink? Where do whiskey and martinis fit in? Also is it acceptable to move to the bar after dessert to have our after dinner drinks? Thank you and any other advice you have would be great
