Is a marquee expensive to throw an 18th birthday party in??? HELP!!!?

Why not have a nice party at your house? If you want to surprise her, have someone take her off and have her return after everyone gets there. Parties do not have to be so expensive, keep everyone happy by dancing, playing games, have everyone tell an experience (fun) that they have had with your sister. Lots of things to do. Keep food and drink simple, too.

Good luck and God bless.

My sisters 18th Birthday is coming up and I wan't to throw here an amazing surprise party!!! So I have an amazing plan; I will bring her to see an imaginary new tractor and then Boom a marquee with a DJ and all her friends in it!!!! We would have an amazing time, but we are also this year or the next thinking about getting a new kitchen and we've already purchased a new sofa, i'm 16 and have no ideas about the cost of money, we would have to buy the marquee, drinks, food, someone to serve drinks and a DJ!!! (And a new outfit!!) I don't know what to do, a marquee is an amazing idea but I don't know what to do, I don't wan't to spend loads of money and I don't wan't my mum to spend either!!! Please give me ideas an where I should throw the party, where I should buy my party accessories and please tell me if my marquee idea is too expensive and/or ridiculousness.

Please help!!! Cheap and cheerful!! And I live in Ireland (Connacht)!!! :) x
