New neighbours invited us to a BBQ - what to bring aside from ourselves?

Wine is always good to bring and share! It may be odd to bring your own meat if they didn't specify. It's fine to bring a dessert or side dish/appetizer to share.

A pie

The wine is a good ideal or beer. Maybe even some things for mixed drinks like for margaritas .

I would ask if you could bring something. They may not eat pork or they may not drink. Though I would welcome them. Some folks have religious beliefs that to bring either could be an insult. Whenever I am in such a position I feel the safest gift is a plant (like a nice hanging basket) but, why not just ask if you can bring a dish or something to drink or something else.

I really don't think it matters. But as a woman, I would bring some fruits, veggies, or something healthy. People always only bring meat to BBQ. I would bring sweet potatoes, shish kabobs, or a pineapple.

Only way to know is ask the neighbors I know if my friends want to bring something to cook i let them but the wine or beer most definitely.

Wine sounds fine

There's nothing wrong with bringing ur own meat. You could always bring something like chips or a homemade treat.

Sex toys

beer and wine

beer it always works with me

We moved into a new place last year, this will be the first time really mixing with the neighbours. We were thinking of two nice bottles of wine (rioja) and stuff for the BBQ, say 2kg of pork chops or marinated chicken drumsticks or something. I love my food so the pork chops idea is mine but my better half thinks it's weird going to a BBQ with food as it will already be there? What'cha think? Thanks.

Some swag weed.
