Summers coming, i'm horrible at sports. What kind of sports should I do?

First off eat 3 meals a day, while doing these sports you will need energy. Being overweight can be overcome, you will not become skinny but you will lose weight with sports. Dancing has not been noticed as a sport and should be in my opinion. Dancing 3 to 5 times a week is a vigorous exercise for your body and helps in your muscles, in your legs arms and chest. My opinion is try doing the dancing one week and next week go swimming, throw a baseball around, play some pool, not for money. Yes, pool is considered a sport or go bowling. Just spend 30 to 45 minutes a day in something active, I know you may hear this a lot but cleaning your room burns lots of calories, mowing the yard, taking a walk, vacuuming the carpet or mopping the floor. You can practice helping your brother in karate. You are an important person and I think you can succeed in this. Good luck.

I'm also 14 and 150 lb. and 5' 6".... maybe play lacrosse if your town has a team. it depends on your town but most have seasons for spring summer and fall. it's actually really fun. it takes a little bit of skill with your stick but that comes with practice just like everything else. and don't give up on stuff with the excuse of being bad...just practice (this goes for anything)

I don't like many sports but then I joined a Turf Hockey Team! BEST SPORT EVER :) I do it with all my friends and it's so much fun <3

Badminton isn't too hard, Running, Jogging, Soccer, Hockey, Lacrosse, anything like that :)

soccer. a rec league. first, go running, you can't play a sport if you're not in shape.

I'm 14 years old and I weight 150 lbs. I'm 5"7 feet tall and I am just Horrible at sports.

It's been a burden since I was little. Like, I used to do all kinds of sports! Like Tennis, swimming and skating. But i've never passed one class, and i've been doing it for 4 years. My mom used to convince ppl to upgrade me to the new level, So I could be with my friend, but the teacher would always scream at me lol. Like an idiot, i told my mom that i wanted to stop taking classes when i was 8, and since it costed a lot, my mom was okay with it. I've never been skinny in my whole life, but since I stopped, i gained like 15 pounds. 3 months ago, I asked my mom if I could go to the gym. She sayd it's worthless cuz she knew i'd only go 3 times. I promised her I wouldn't, she bought me a pass for 3 months, but i've only went for 30-40 days, so i was right, but her too. I've only lost 5-6 pounds in 3 months. Now, this summer, since i'm not gonna eat much, i'd like to start a sport. Everytime i propose her something, she starts complaining and she compares the sport that i want to do with the gym. I told her i wanted to do karate(since my bro does it) and as always, she gives me a reasonable explanation and tells me no. I told her kickboxing, and the same thing happened. She sayd that i have to do something fun, But I just hate sports tbh, I'm horrible in everything.

Like i think i'm the best at dancing, but i'm not much of a fan. I wanted fencing, but the vids on tube makes me vomit.
