a few things to consider: stay away from dairy, this will cause bad breath to whoever you might kiss later on, it also might cause stomach discomfort when drinking, also avoid beans and oats as this will make you fart a lot, a lot of lettuce will do the same
that being said, i recommend meat... specifically, chicken strips from KFC for example... or maybe some tuna sandwiches.
Pulled pork sandwiches or tacos.
French dip sandwiches w/ sweet potato fries.
Bacon and blue cheese burgers.
Baked ziti and garlic bread.
Enchiladas!
Biscuits and gravy w/ bacon and scrambled eggs.
Cilantro lime rice, black bean and chicken burritos.
Exceptionally cheap...sloppy joes! Fantastic before drinking...nice and greasy, plus bread for some absorption.

I'm going on a night out with friends tonight, and normally I'd just eat some pasta or pizza or whatever but I really wanted to cook something special for us all before we head out drinking. Any recipe suggestions for tasty but absorbent meals? Thanks :)
