just remember "chin down, eyes up".
Keep your chin DOWN. If you have to, put a tennis ball under your chin and keep the thing there. That sounds stupid but it works. If it falls out, you do pushups. That's how it went for me.
Keep your hands up and tuck your elbows too.
If you leave your chin up in the air, you can get hurt quick.
Just take my word for it so you don't have to find that out for yourself later.
You do have a trainer right?
Chin is supposed to be down tucked behind your shoulder
For protection, put your chin down. If you are baiting the other guy, put your chin up.
chin up or down its not a big deal just be sure u dont ever take away ur eyes from ur opponent
ALWAYS DOWN you don't want to get ko and remember to keep your eyes up so your not looking at the ground
