if you have a fight coming up, don't stuff up your meal. Just do a lot of cardio, such as running and swimming

@bailey you dumbass, he not talking about draining himself, he has 4 weeks. you think not eating for 4 weeks prior to a fight wont deter your ability to fight at all?? dumbass jerk

I'm 5 ft 4, and i wanna fight in a month at 132 and right now i weigh about 150. I workout and run daily and watch what i eat. But i need something extra. I'm just not sure what's safe. I thought about using green coffee beans, or the south beach diet. Still not sure of my best option . Any ideas would be appreciated
