Victor ortiz is more skilful than both of them because his combinations is sharp and accurate. He is a great technical fighter but his aggression lead to many of his weaknesses.

But honestly, a rock has more boxing ability than Rios.

Ortiz and Guerrero are about the same IMO. Both are very skilled, but in different ways.

Rios isn't very skilled at all. He's a face first, volume/brawling type guy. Not really any skill there, although he has a great jab when he uses it.

Ortiz is easily more versatile as a fighter than Guerrero, but his focus and commitment to the sport has been questionable over the years which is why I would say Geurrero is the better fighter of the two.

I don't consider Bam2x to be in the same skill level as these two, maybe a notch down but he does have what it takes to beat either fighter with the tenacity and durability he's shown before. There is just a good chance of him wearing down or outlasting these two guys as there is a chance of them outpointing him over 10 or 12 rds.
