Morales was at super bantam when Naz fought.
Morales beat MAB in a controvertial win in an amazing first fight.
Most thought MAB won, so Naz called him out.
MAB then beat Naz and Naz just gave up.interest after that.
He had one fight a year after then quit.
So never really at same weight as Morales.
I would have said Naz v Morales would be an excellent fight but Morales was easier to hit than MAB and I think Naz would have caught him.
For me, Naz beats MAB in a thriller.
Espinosa lost to Soto and Aygie Sanchez both of whom Naz beat. I can't see that he would even trouble Naz
Naz certainly wouldn't duck him.
Naz had 2 things in abundance: confidence and power.
Naz stops him early I think.
Naz should never have quit. I'd have loved to see him fight Pacquaio after Pac beat Barrera. That would be a war with several knockdowns each way. That could have gone either way as Naz was a big featherweight with a lot of power.
Naz ducked Morales, I was at the Naz/Soto fight and there was talk of Naz taking on the winner of the Wayne McCoullah vs Eric Morales fight that was on the undercard. Naz saw the level that Morales was fighting at, and decided to look for an easier fight. He didn't realize that Barerra was just as tough as Marquez or Morales, and the rest is history.
Naz wanted nothing to do with morales and Marquez
morales every time, i met naseem and i became a fan, i believed him when he said hed become a legend, then he fought marco antonio barrera got annhilated, and gave up, probably a good idea given morales and barreras fights against each other, naz would have been outclassed by both of them, however the shame of it is, is naseem had not sacked brendan ingle and had hios style completely changed, he might have done better in the barrera fight and may have won, ingle knew he was a fighter and harnessed that, but steward tried to turn him into a boxer and he became easy to hit
