i agree go karting! or paint balling, or rent a room in your local community center! play wii or if youre an awesome sisterm look into having a musical guest that is well known. you should watch an episode of "My Super Sweet Sixteen" on MTV online ti will give you inspiration!

You expect to entertain 50 people for $2-$4 a head? You're a dreamer.

A decent party for 50 guests is going to cost you a minimum of $8-$10 a person by the time you rent a place, pay for entertainment and buy food and drinks for everyone.

If you went to an indoor carting place it would cost you over $1500 to have a party for 50 people.

Go bowling. Bring a cake from the grocery store. Forget the surprise.

My younger brother is turning 16 soon, he wants a party. My parents are to busy it plan one so I am taking it on. This will be the last time I'm around for my brothers birthday before I go off to college next year, so I want to surprise him. Problem is I don't know where I could hold a party that big and also have something fun to do ( I have a feeling he wants a big one.) He wanted to go to a trampoline place but I can not afford it. Any other ideas for a place to have this surprise birthday party with mostly teenagers but also some younger kids as well would really help.

Besides trampolines he likes cars and anything that goes fast ie. roller coasters, go-carts, etc.

My brother is very active and will not be embarrassed to have a surprise party. He enjoys his friends as well as little kids.

The gets list is about 30-50 people and my budget for renting a place is around $100-200 because I' m footing the bill.

Any ideas for places in the California Bay Area or close by are welcome.
