The fact that Broner is skipping a whole division of good fighters that can give him a serious challenge to face the weakest Welterweight Champ in the division kinda tells me something. If Broner moved up to Welter to face Floyd, Bradley, Marquez, or Pacquiao, that would be one thing, but the fact that he's facing Malinaggi tells me that Broner may not be as confident as he acts.Maybe he wants to get Paulie's belt first and use it a leverage in future negotiations at 147, I don't know.

That being said, Broner-Khan would be a good fight. Both have speed and power, but Broner is better defensively. Plus Khan's chin is questionable.but we just don't know how much power Broner will have at the heavier weight. Right now, I'd pick Broner by decision in a close fight.

Styles make fights and i see Khan struggling more against a relentless pressure guy like Matthysse, i think Broner edges a decision but Khan makes it competitive with his hand speed.

Broner is definitely a potential future P4P no1 but let's not put him in the P4P top ten just yet when his two biggest are DeMarco and Ponce De Leon.

Broner moved up past 140lbs I would have loved him in that division fighting Garcia - Rios - Peterson MANY fighters but money etc etc Paulie will be the guy.
