As a mom with 3 kids, I totally love the homemade cards. Cleaning your room, the house, chores you wouldn't normally do would be a great surprise. Cook her a nice dinner. Anything that isn't something you'd do on a normal day, she will love it.

I agree with the other answerers, a hand-made card is always nice. I love it when my kids take the time to do that, it means a lot. Also, being a parent can get pretty stressful, so anything that you can do to lighten her load for her birthday would probably make her feel so much better! Help her cook, clean, shop, etc. Whatever you can do!

Making her a card would be lovely all Mum's would love a homemade card it would mean so much - it may be a bit early for breakfast in bed.

How about making her a cake? Washing /tidying up????
