Who makes your greatest boxer that never utilized jab the most?

Joe Frazier is definitely one. I have watched many of his fights and it was indeed very rare to see him use the jab. He was always teeing off on the opponents.

Another is Ruben Olivares who had KO winning streaks of 22 and 21 in his first 45 fights separated only by a draw and a TKO loss to bitter rival and fellow banger Chu Chu Castillo who he had earlier beaten on points and later beat again in their rubber match by UD. Rock a Bye Ruben also rarely engaged in jabbing duel and generally wear down or knock out many of his foes. As can be seen in his record, his losses came to foes who were either as strong puncher as him or stronger punchers, bigger and had better all-around fighting skills who could first and foremost use the jab like Rafael Herrera to whom he lost and failed to regain his bantamweight crown, Bobby Chacon, Danny Little Red Lopez, Alexis Arguello and Eusebio Pedroza.

@Ray, George Foreman had an excellent jab. Marciano is a great choice

Also Roy Jones was one to never utilize a jab. But my pick for the best is IMO the guy who happens to be the best sluggler of the past 4 decades Aaron Pryor

George Foreman used the jab a lot during his comeback. It was too strong that it rocked his opponents and sent them reeling back that his follow-up right hand would always miss its target so he tweaked it and reduced it to just a flick.

To answer your question, I'd say Marciano and Frazier.

George Foreman, Mike Tyson & Rocky Marciano.

I always found it to be strange that Foreman didn't use the jab considering his long reach.

I know jab is a potent weapon in boxing but I've seen of the young Mike Tyson not jabbing more and opts to finish opponents off with those killer right and left hooks. Imho Frazier too
