I think that would be a very boring fight to watch...
a) not sure, but if arum aint making it up, i can only see 2 reasons; 1) they simply dont like the cuban or 2) they're certain the cuban's power is synthetic and it fu
b) looks like it, such statement can hamper one's fame and fame earns big money... the cuban should file a case, at the same time free himself from arum...why he aint doing it is his own discretion.
c) maybe arum's pissed, even if HBO really rejects the cuban, making such statement against his own talent is really stoop!d, a bad business move... he should protect his investments and he should be investing more on the cuban and throw donaire in the trashcan... yet he seems doesnt care, whatever they found wrong w/ the cuban, it's all between them, all we can do is speculate
