No Rigo is one of the best Pure boxers in boxing don't matter if his style will put you asleep faster then drinking a fifth of vodka.
Maidana was the first big puncher he faced and even with looping awkward left and right hooks Maidana was still able to hurt him. What Broner showed in this fight is he can't counter and does not have the chin to take a decent shot from a good puncher. He is still in the top 15 but when you look at the likes of the 140-147 pound division there are alot of guys with power that can do the same thing Maidana did.
