yes...in my opinion pac is very short to be a welter.. yet he whoop a lot of welter a$$es...

well guys in smaller weight classes are usaly shorter u dont see many welterweights who are taller than 5'9,5'10 hes average height for his weight class
He's even short in the lightweights.
