Love him or hate him Tyson Fury is great for boxing?

I think he brings entertainment to boxing and he definitely is tough, but I sure would hope we are not forced to EVER hear him sing again!

That was a hell of an entertaining fight, and Fury is a lot craftier than given credit. Even after getting knocked down by Cunningham, he didn't panic. I could see Fury wearing down Cunningham and seeing the way Fury turned the head with his left glove to allow the knockout right was brilliant.

Cunningham lost to Adamek because it was a close fight with Adamek attacking and Cunningham backing away. Judges take aggressive/passive into consideration when scoring a close round.

i was a fury fan way before anyone else on this forum.

really???he goes out there and embarrassed himself and nearly gets ko'd by a 36 year old cruiser weight and you think HE WON YOU OVER.....

I agree.

I was undecided on what I thought of Tyson Fury but after last night he has won me over,I have decided to give Fury my full support from now on. Not that I think he is the best Heavy out there, far from it but he definitely brings the most excitement to the game. Furys fight last night is the type of fight that brings new fans to boxing, there is never a dull moment with him. And behind all his talk and crazy actions iv heard people say that has met him that he is a great guy. Trash talk sells fights period. As regards his skill,he is a very good strong fighter. He needs to stop clowning around and dropping his hands because you cant do that in the heavyweight division,he fights even better with his hands up anyway. As regards his chin its not great but its not bad either, that shot by Cunningham would have dropped 90 per cent of the heavys,Fury showed great composure to get up from that and battle back,If Deontay Wilder got hit with that it would be lights out for him. Fury is a legitimate contender but he needs some serious discipline if he wants to go any further,He beats most the Heavys out there now but not the Klitschkos and not Haye, not yet anyway until he improves his discipline and his frame of mind!
