Rocky Marciano
Id say Frazier a little bit or pretty even. This is actually between the Susie Q and the left hook of Frazier more than Marciano and smoking joe.. Tenacity though belongs to Rocky as he was that, stand when knocked down and knock his opponent out
Great question as both fighters had a lot of similarities. Marciano chose to fight at the weight he fought at because he knew he had to be in superb condition with a lot iot endurance to go along with that awesome power in both hands which was why he could wear down an opponent with the capability of knocking them out at any time during the fight with sheer guts and determination behind a very underrated defense. Marciano was also very sturdy and tough he was knocked down twice in his career he never appeared to ever be close to being stopped so he was like fighting a tank, Smoking Joe Frazier was my first favorite fighter when I started getting into boxing a lot with that great left hook and that work your way inside style of his. He was a very courageous man and of course will forever be known as the guy who gave Ali his first career defeat in that Frazier knocked known and defeated some tremendous fighters in his career as only two men (Ali and Foreman) beat him. Frazier was mostly known for his hook and Marciano for his Suzy Q right hand which famously knocked out Jersey Joe Walcott but Marciano had more combined power as he also had a powerful left hand though not as strong as Joes as Marciano had the more powerful right hand. My opinion with all due respect to Joe Frazier is that Marciano had the greater overall power.

After playing copious amounts of fight night cchampion I would say Frazier . Marciano is consistent and good endurance but Frazier packs more in a single good hit.
