That's some rule a lot of athletes not just fighters follow. They believe being sexually frustrated will make em stronger and more aggressive. Its only a myth. I have sex with my gf whenever just not a week before a fight. But its only a myth and has been debunked before.

Depends how tough your opponent will be in the fight. If he's a pushy B like Charlie Z, then youu probably don't have to take it so seriously. Cuz one punch lands on him and he's gonna run and curl up, or want to time out and turn his back = TKO.

Are pro-boxers supposed to stay away from women during training camp a month before a title fight? the guy im dating seems to be avoiding me (barely talking, no seeing), his fight is in 2 weeks, but he says its just because of training camp and it will be back to normal after the fight. Any thoughts?
