Get a lot of sheet music (online) and cut it into shapes and hang it up
Draw music notes on balloons
get nice paper plates hang them on the wall and add a little line out of construction paper on top so it looks like a music note
put out any instruments you have
cut out a bunch of pictures of her and make a collage on a guitar shaped cut out or something
Activities
Guess the song- play a short part of a song people have to guess what song it is
Play a saying from a movie and have people guess what movie and who said it
Scene it would be good and try to find out what movie she likes
If you have time, watch her favorite movie with some popcorn
do some karaoke and have a contest to see who wins

Food
The food doesn't have to perfectly fit the theme
Pizza is always good for parties
if you can, bake cupcakes or a cake and add your own flair like something related to a movie or a song she likes
if not, buy some cupcakes and add a kazoo on top or something
you could bake cookies and add like a music notes with icing

you could look up karaoke on you tube, and you could have a movie marathon where all the guests bring a movie and you watch movies, you could have cupcakes with movie film strips as decorations, you could have a dance party with tons of cool music, you could play just dance if you have a wii or xbox. maybe you could have a movie quiz where you make up a quiz ahead of time and quiz the guests on what happens in movies, or who sings what song.
