Just invite some people over. Get good food and make a great music playlist. You don't need to have an extravagant party to have a good time. You could also watch a movie when it gets late. :)

For Games: Play mafia. its a lot of fun. You can look up the rules online. You could have a sleepover. If you do then you want to have a lot of stuff planned out. you could watch movies and thats also pretty inexpensive. if you have a pool you could do a pool party. depending on how many people are coming, go bowling. a lot of these do not need much money to cover expenses since there are really not as many.

I'm not putting exactly how old I'll be turning but it's under 16. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas? Preferably not to expensive, under $75 (not including food or presents). Help?
