Ditto to Suzianne above. Simple and easy would be one of those $5 roasted chickens from Costco... real innovative...I know..... But they are good...and easy for Chef Boy R Dee...hehehe.***:D
Grilled chicken, flank steak, or salmon can be eaten at room temperature or cold, so you can do all the cooking an just let them eat. You could even pre-slice the meat. Or...put together an antipasto platter that includes sliced pepperoni, salami, roast beef, even ham or turkey, cheeses, olives, etc.
Grilled chicken or fish. Depends on what they like.
