Guerrero is not fast by any stretch of the imagination. If "Ghost" was in fact a reference to his speed, he has certainly not brought that with him to 147. Robert is best known for his above average power, his aggressiveness, and his workman like productivity which breaks fighters down. Berto was much quicker than Guerrero, but Robert neutralized the speed by making the fight very rough and ugly which Berto fell into. He has some boxing skill which he showed in spurts in his last fight, and against Casamayor, but Mayweather's skills way out paced his.
While I am not of the opinion that Khan's speed will ultimately pose a significant challenge to Mayweather. Floyd has in fact, not faced anyone known for their speed since Judah. Judah's speed did give Mayweather some difficulty early on, but he adjusted to it and started to pull ahead by the early middle rounds until all hell broke loose because of Judah's frustration at being thwarted.
I think Khan has too many defensive lapses to offer a sustained challenge to Mayweather and he will eventually get picked off, but he will be the fastest fighter that Floyd has faced for some time if that fight were to be made.
