Boxing: What if Bradley wins vs Pacquiao, but doesnt resign with Top Rank?

A) What would be next for him?

B) Would Arum be mad?

A) Bradley has a contractual obligation to fill with Top Rank. Everyone knows that Manny Pacquiao clearly landed the most clean shots to beat Pacquiao ,Bradley knows it himself ,that's why he wasn't emotional after the fight.

B) I don't think Arum would be mad if Bradley wins ,i feel he wants to do all he can to dress Bradley up. If anything ,i sort of sense a conspiracy theory from Arum ,he could try to sabotage Manny Pacquiao's big name before his contract with Top Rank expires at the end of 2014.

Due to the bad blood between Mayweather and Arum ,i sort of feel Arum will try to do all he can to minimize the intrigue of a potential fight between Mayweather and Pacquiao for May 2nd ,2015 ,we'll see.

Timothy Bradley already signed a new long contract with Top Rank

earlier this Saturday morning Top Rank President Todd DuBoef had

confirmed today. Regardless whether he wins or loses he will be part

of the Top Rank Boxing Promotion for a while. The only other fights he

could get would be a rematch with Pacquiao, Marquez & Provodnikov.

It would be nice if hopefully, in the future Top Rank and Golden Boy do

start to co-promote events so, we can see Mayweather-Bradley, Khan

vs. Bradley, Garcia vs. Bradley etc there a lot of great fights that could

be made for the boxing fans in the future of Golden Boy and Top Rank.

Bradley would be the man for Floyd Mayweather and if he wants it, he better not re-sign with Arum. Arum is the biggest source of this pro boxing dysfunction not only in the USA but elsewhere where he has top boxers under contract with his Top Rank. Arum just could not stand any competition; he thinks he is bigger than boxing.

You can sense that Bradley was eyeing Floyd Mayweather Jr. at the way he is behaving now. I have a feeling too that unless he resign, he won't have a fight with Pacquiao so it's "take it or leave it" for him. It's either he fight another opponent most probably JMM and wait till his obligation with Bob is finish then either sign with GBP or with somebody else so he can have what seems like he want, and that is a fight with Mayweather.

He sign with TR before to have his turn with Manny and now since it looks like he doesn't have anything left for him at TR, he might have a plan to sign with another promoter so he can have a chance with Floyd which is not a guarantee. Next for him will be a critical choice, sign but stay with TR for a long time knowing how Bob works or play out his contract with them but forget that rematch with Pacquiao. Would Arum be mad? Of course and he might put Bradley on hold.

A) Mayweather. I'm sure like everyone else, that's who Bradley wants to fight. Not just for the biggest payday of his career, but to prove himself.

B) Yes he would. Bradley has many opportunities outside top rank. Arum wouldn't like his best fighter (not named Pacquiao) to make money without him.

If Bradley leaves Top Rank, he will have good chance at landing a fight with Mayweather in September or May 2015. Maybe even this May.

Apparently that's the hold up. Both have agreed to the fight, but Bradley must extend with Top Rank or Arum won't let it happen.

If he wont extend his contract with TR then he wont get a PAC fight from what I understand. Assuming otherwise I say

A) Floyd or any of the 147 title holders would be fine but preferably Floyd

B) Arum is already mad. He will be if that happens but he will find a way to maybe do what he did with Donaire when he tried to leave

A) What would be next for him?

B) Would Arum be mad?
