Could I be a professional boxer?

How much would I make before I get a big name?

Is it worth it? What do I need to do to be a boxer? Please add any other things I should know

boxings a pretty chill side thing to do

My extent in boxing lasted about a year. It began to get to me with a bad wrist. So I stopped.

I have a passion for watching boxing more than actually boxing anymore. But if you have a passion for it. For whatever reason, I mean like you wake up with it in your mind, you think of it through the day,and you dream it at night. Then you could well become championship material.

If you do it for any other reason than that you love the sport, then, you won't get too far. There are more forgotten boxers than there are great boxers. But they lived and breathed boxing!!

Try it out for a year or 2 . Then you will know. You will have to deal with things like constant training . Your trainer will keep you training until you drop and then some. You will have to abandon your life as you know it and box. That will be your life.

It's worth it if you get yourself into the pros and start winning fights and money. It will also motivate you. But it is a hard game to play.

Even not going pro has it's benefits. You get yourself discipline and

your mind out of the gutter. It is a good way to advance in life even if you are not a pro.

You could be a pro boxer but with your mindset i dont think so. You have to have the drive and passion. You cant just want it for the money. You have to be willing to block everything else out and focus only on boxing, that means no party's no tv no nothing. You have to want it that bad. you have to work for it. You have to be the first one in the gym and the last one out. Your goal shouldn't be to be a pro boxer, your goal should be to be the BEST boxer. Boxing is one of the toughest sport in the world. You gotta train so hard that you cant walk after you done. You gotta work so hard that you cant breath properly but if you only in it for the money then forget about it. Find what your passionate about and go after that but it wont be easy to be successful in that. You have to have say to yourself no matter what im gonna get through the pain. You have to give 120% every single time. You have to leave every singe ounce of your energy in the gym. you have to be willing to SACRIFICE. You have to say i dont care what happens i have to keep going. Its all or nothing. To be successful in this sport you have to want it more than the other person. Hard work and dedication.

Good luck

Have u ever tried boxing before? Visit a good gym and tell them u wanna compete within 6 months and promise to train hard. Hard work and dedication should be enough to turn pro but u have to love it. You can't just be motivated by fame and money. If that's the case, then you should give up now. Watch loads of fights on youtube and observe the way they fight. Study fighters like Mayweather, Ali and any other fighter you admire. If you drink, drink in moderation and whatever you do, don't smoke! Don't spar unless you're fit enough otherwise you may get gassed and get beaten up. Show your trainers you're dedicated. When your tired or feeling lazy, train anyway and don't be discouraged if u don't get something right. Fighters aren't born, they're made so keep your head up whatever happens and TRAIN TRAIN TRAIN. I hope to see you on tv soon
