I highly disagree w/ you saying he got lucky against Khan, that was a very nice counter that hurt Khan/put him down the first time and obviously it's not lucky if you're intending on punching somebody.
As for the Matthysse fight, Garcia got lucky that Lucas' eye closed. He was losing at that point, and the only reason that Matthysse's eye did close was b/c Garcia caught him with the thumb or lace of the glove.
First of all there's no such thing as a lucky punch. You get caught you get caught. Khan let his guard down like always and gets chin checked. That's on him regardless if Garcia threw a blind punch or not. As for Matthysse. Garcia thumbed his eye. There's proof on youtube. Either way his fight with Lucas was close I scored it 114-112. Garcia won because of the knockdown. If it weren't for the knockdown Lucas could've won a split decision because two judges scored it 114-112. As for Herrera. I scored that 116-112 for Herrera yes he did get robbed. This isnt the first time Garcia has had a controversial decision because some thought he lost to Ashley Theophane.
I don't think he's lucky i just think he is good but not great.
An old Zab Judah did pretty good against him. He kayod Khan fair and square and he struggled in his last fight.
I think him and Lucas are almost evenly matched and i believe Ruslan Provodkinov could beat him.

He was loosing to khan and got a lucky punch also I thought the mathysse win was fair becouse even tho he won becouse of matthysse's swollen eye he made that eye with a punch but then I saw the punch wich made matthysse's eye swolen he wasent even looken he was was looking back tryin to avoid a punch threw the pussy puch that wasent even a punch is was more like a push I'm starting to think this guy does some witch craft or something to get this wins
