There have been numerous not only coming from Floyd and his camp that includes Schaeffer who just recently reiterated that there will be no fight with Pacquiao as long as he is with Arum in a newspaper article in the USA that even got published in Pinas.
To jog your memory, just some time back, Floyd personally called up Manny and offered him a huge purse for a fight. Manny told him to the effect that he has to refer the matter to Arum. Floyd told him to make his own decision and be his own man because Floyd said that he himself is his own boss man. Floyd clearly expressed his spite for Arum to the point of urging Pacquiao to decide for himself notwithstanding Arum.
Mayweather hasn't directly said he will fight Pacquiao if Arum isn't the promoter but his actions and comments implies it ,heres a little evidence.
None... Floyd fans were just raising that up to make an argument in defense to Fraud. The old ones were getting obsolete.
Pacquiao was exposed and lost all his hype/fans when he got face-planted KO'd against Marquez, and his win over Rios was a non-factor, everyone knew Rios would lose and was hand-picked.

A lot of his fans keep blaming Arum for the fight not happening but, show some proof that your idol has made any such statement that he will fight Manny if Arum is not the promoter? Otherwise, it is just another excuse being perpetuated by his fans to avoid him from facing his most feared fighter.
