I don't think Floyd is scared of Pac. He's been in the business for so long that climbing the ring and fighting anyone for money is too much of a routine for him, especially if the price is right. I mean, Floyd is a guy who'd fight even the Klitschkos for the right amount of money. That thing he has with Manny is pure psy-war tactics, something he does to gain an "edge" should the fight finally happen. BUT I do believe that Manny could beat Floyd. Mayweather has not fought anyone with Pac's combination of speed, strength and punching power. Once Pac tags him with one of those lefty shots, Floyd wouldn't be the same again. He'd be wary and would lose his sting.
