When a fighter gets to the top, he will get to choose what kind of fighter he will be remembered as, and he might not even know it. Floyd got greedy, and thought wow I can fight anyone and make well over 20 million. Floyd is a very greedy , spoiled, self centered, individual. He defiantly abused it, knowingly, and fooled a lot of people by hyping trash fights up. He never fought the real top guys of the weight classes. Not even when they brought the money, and called him out. Whladimir is doing the same thing he got to the top, now they can abuse the privilege. Can you picture a guy like Duran, Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson, or Leonard thinking a guy is better, or hearing a guy is better. The guy is ranked # 2 , and them not fighting them. True Greats couldn't sleep at night, hearing these things, or knowing these things. They would of went for them all, or tried, and they would of made it happen. A true champion challenges themselves.

I agree with bobo. Floyd philosophy, "lets pick the best champion with the most draws and less risk. Sign em, hype the fight and make it seem like this guy is a real threat. Thrash talk. Then make millions while making this guy look like serious garbage because he is hype or a low risk or both. Don't fight the best, fight the ones you know you will beat and get rich doing it"
