Bob Arum sucks, he is the biggest leach boxing has ever seen, and this is even in comparison to Don King. Manny has been the biggest ripped of boxer in the history of boxing, Bob Arum pays him less than half and on top of that he still has to pay 40% taxes for being a foreigner. Thats why Manny says hell only fight in China, 1 because hes greedy and goes against his religous contraditions, and 2 because he found a new way to avoid Floyd, and thats hiding behind the great wall of China.
I think there's nothing to it for Pacquiao for he is not cut in the same cloth as Oscar de la Hoya and Floyd Mayweather who are strictly now boxing businessmen who run their own shows. Pacquiao has always deferred to Bob Arum since his break up with Murad Muhammad and falling out with ODLH and Golden Boy promotions. I guess he is satisfied with what he is getting since Arum is the one bankrolling and promoting his fights. He also has many product endorsements, own showbiz and business involvements in the Philippines and other countries to buttress his income which is already kingly in the Philiipipnes. Pacquioa can also draw consolation from the fact that while Floyd may be earning more he is also subject to America's almost confiscatory tax rates!
He should have taken that 40 million when he had the chance. Now his career is going down and Mayweather is making more money than ever. He was right from the beginning. He never needed Pacquiao for Legacy or for money. His legacy is already established as one of the best and greatest boxers of all time. Some consider him to be the best of all time. Matter of opinion but no one would believe that if he wasn't as good as he is.

Honestly, I don't think Manny is concerned with anyone else's wealth. Coming from the poverty he was born into he is richer than he could ever imagine. And if he knows as he professes, he focus is on spiritual wealth.
