Plenty advice about boxing diets here - http://scotboxer.webs.com/aboxersdiet.ht...

Starve yourself although I wouldn't recommend it as it'll make you weak. Maybe try eating salad... It'll fill u up but has hardly any calories

Then you shouldn't do boxing its impossible for you sorry

Hello, I want to be a professional boxer but I'm not in great shape at the moment. I'm 16 and I took a kick boxing class about a year ago and I loved boxing but I don't have the cash to sign up again but o really want to box. I have flat feet and runing is hard at times because the flat foot made me walk funny while I was growing up and I now walk on the sides of my feet and it hurts to run or walk for more than 10 or 15 mins. Can anyone suggest any exercises I can do to loose a bit of weght to take the strain of my feet so that I can run more? I'm 250+lbs and that's all fat, I know its gonna be hard but I just see boxing as something I want to do for a while.
