Fighting is not about having muscle and it is a lot more about knowledge than strength, because the smarter fighter will almost always beat the tougher/less intelligent fighter. Boxing is called the sweet science because it is a science and boxers like Floyd Mayweather Jr. are not able to stay on top of the sport since last millennium because they have muscle, it is because they know the strategy to beating almost any opponent.

The only way to learn how to fight is by fighting, if not it would be like trying to learn how to swim on dry land. If you can't join a martial arts school you could at least try to build muscle via strength and conditioning training/ lifting weights.You could also try Striking vital points such as kicking the groin if you feel your life is in danger, but sometimes just running away is the best option.

You shouldn't worry about being in a fight. If it does happen make sure you get the first hit and it should be to the face.

Best advice go and join a mma gym will build strength muscle keep you fit and help you learn to fight.

Hi,im not a guy who fights much ..i always stay calm and control my anger! Im a very skinny guy n not so powerful as compared to the normals... Its not possible to attend any karate or kunfu classes...pls tell me the best way to beat up the ones stronger than me!
