Pernell Whitaker all the way.....similar to the Chavez fight, although a young Pryor would be slightly more effective.
Whitaker's style is problems for any offensive-minded fighter like Pryor, and aside from Alexis Arguello, name me one good opponent on Pryor's record

I like all three, but of the three Pernell Whitaker is my favorite, followed by Aaron Pryor, I have never forgiven Ray Leonard for robbing Hagler and escaping with that draw in the second Hearns fight, I thought Ray lost both of those. Whitaker would stand right in front of you and trade punches, but his opponents still couldn't hit him, he was the best defensive fighter since Willie Pep. Pryor was an offensive force of nature but Pernell was a true artist. I was at the Whitaker/DeLa Hoya fight, Pernell won eight of those rounds and knocked Oscar down, but still got robbed. He also beat Julio Ceasar Chavez Sr. soundly and got robbed again. Damn shame really, he was spectacular.
Ray Leonard feared Aaron Pryor far more then Mayweather fears Pacquiao. When Pryor entered a room, Ray Leonard visibly panicked. I am damn near certain that Pryor would have owned Ray Leonard. Whitaker was great, but he was more of a stationary target than Pryor, and Leonard would have had a better chance against Pernell Whitaker than he would have against Aaron Pryor. That said, I thing Pernell Whitaker would have out pointed Aaron Pryor. Styles make fights, and Pryor would have beat Ray Leonard soundly, but would have had a world of trouble against Pernell Whitaker. I really don't think Ray Leonard could have beat Whitaker either, but at least in that one, Ray would have had a slight chance. Leonard had no chance whatsoever against Pryor, he was beaten before the bell ever rang. Psychologically Aaron Pryor had Ray Leonard's number.
GOAT fight potentially. I think the Hawk would swoop for Pernell's jaw and take it back to his nest.
