As a fight/boxing fan, I thought it was one of the greatest movies I've seen. Overall, the movie wasn't just about fighting, it was also about the lifestyle(such as his insomnia problem and his support groups in the beginning) of the unnamed narrator/protagonist of the movie(Edward Norton) and the trouble he's been getting into. IOW, the narrator basically disliked being stuck in his white-collar job and decided to join Tyler Durden's(obviously not the boxing contributor here in Yahoo! answers, the actual character of the Fight Club movie) move into his home after his(the narrator) apartment was destroyed by an explosion and later realized the deep trouble he's in along with dealing with a destitute woman named Marla Singer(Helena Bonham Carter). That's what I loved about the movie. Not to mention the ending was shocking.

Pitt shined in this film, but I still prefer his role in Snatch, and the actual movie itself.
i didn't really like the film , i think because i watched it a while after it came out and had heard it was a great film i was dissapointed when i see it .
