What foods should i eat on the day of my boxing fight?

im looking for high energy foods to help me perform well?

You should have complex carbs in the morning and you should have some simple carbs just before the fight.

pasta. eat pasta. or rice too. they are great sources of carbohydrates. pasta and rice provide you with polysaccharides which are the longest lasting form of carbohydrate sugar energy. you should also drink water to hydrate yourself. also, eat something that you like but is healthy, so you dont feel like you have an empty stomach before the match. try an apple or an orange too.

High fattening for extra energy. Garlic for good blood flow. One or two beers for good adreniline flow. A slice of lime with iodized salt on it.

depends on how long it is until your fight. if it is 12+ hours you should have carbs like pasta, bread, etc.
