Roy Jones Jr. vs Mike Tyson would be a knockout victory from Tyson in 2 rounds. Jones might have the athleticism and might be able to avoid Tyson's shots in the first round, but in the second round, when Tyson lands one right hand, which he will, it will knockout Jones.

The reason that it is this easy for Tyson is because Roy Jones Jr. was never a real natural Heavyweight. He did beat a decent fighter in John Ruiz to capture the title, which is an amazing accomplishment since Jones was a Middleweight before. But I don't even think Ruiz is a Top 30 Heavyweight of all time. Tyson is Top 10 Heavyweight in my opinion, and his power and strength would be way too much for a former Middleweight.
In MMA Anderson silva had the advantage because is a veteran at what he does. On the other hand Roy Jones Jr. in his prime of Boxing would have KO'd Silva. Roy Jones was more Athletic, stronger and faster than him but Silva is more of a complete fighter.
If both were in their prime I'd pick Roy Jones Jr. There was never a chance RJJ would do a MMA fight...it was straight boxing or nothing.
And Tyson. Jones is/was the better boxer but Tyson was powerful...it'd be close than you'd think though...
in a mma match silva would win and in boxing roy jones jr would win.

In his prime Roy Jones Jr. would annihilate Anderson Silva in a boxing match and he would never step into the octagon
I mean if Roy jones jr fought Anderson silva in mma and then boxing who would win. I think Roy would win in boxing and silva would win in mma. And if mike Tyson fought Roy jones jr in a boxing Mach who would win. I think Tyson would ko him. Or go by split decision.
