If Thomas "Hitman" Hearns was around today at 147 ,would he be an undisputed champion like Floyd?

I saw a question earlier that said he would beat Mayweather easily. Do you really think this ,even when Hearns has been exposed and Mayweather hasn't?

Hearns was exposed against Ray Leonard and Marvin Hagler, and much later on, against Iran Barkley. But then again, these guys could all hit. Floyd is not known as a big puncher and Hearns, IMO, would take Floyd's punches. Now, to answer your question, I'd say yes he'd rule 147. He's much bigger than any of the 147 guys we have today, including the top dogs like Floyd, Pacquiao, Marquez and Bradley. And of course, Tommy hit like a heavyweight so that would not be far-fetched.

Hearns had the punching power, the skillls and the physical dimensions to beat ANY fighter today from 147-160 and that includes Floyd.

Hearns was superior to Floyd Jr. in every comparable aspect of the game. Hearns would have crushed Mayweather if they could have fought.

Yes, he definitely would be an undisputed champion. Hearns was one of the great fighters which we are lacking today.

Hearns was exposed? You mean by losing to the likes of Leonard and Hagler in their primes, two of the absolute greatest fighters?

Yes... And Floyd would also be hiding from the "Hitman".

No Floyd would beat him.
