Though the US has been trying to assimilate as many minorities, including Asians in the American nation and state since the last world war , the fact remains only the white majority and their leaders in government,society, industry and the armed forces consider themselves as the true Americans and hence they consider it more as their prime responsibility and obligation to fight for and defend the country. That will explain the white pre-dominance in the US military, including the so-called special forces.
There are plenty of non-white men who have become Navy SEALs. It has nothing to do with your ethnicity.

Most blacks don't sign for selective services because not to be racist but they don't have a high percentage of them going to college, which means they can't force them to sign because of financial aid. And there are plenty of Mexican American citizens but alot of Mexicans here are here illegally which means they can't sign up for the army

Being a SEAL has nothing to do with one's ability to fight.
In addition you must have a college degree and most low income people don't have the financial resources to attend college.

I was just reading that the Navy SEALS might lower their standards so more minorities can make it in the training, which I find ridiculous of course. I guess some people are annoyed that our most prestigious special forces are white dominated. Same goes for our Rangers, Delta Force and rest SOCOM forces. All these units are nearly all white. What's up with that? And then you try to tell me that it's white boys who can't fight? Right. Boxing's a joke compared to the real thing that a war is.
