Is 3 weeks enough to train for a amateur boxing match?

i have a big tournament coming up, and its in three weeks is that enough time? and what do i need to do to be ready

ofcourse its enough depending on how out fo shape you are, it depends how you feel or if you ALREADY have experience, if youre just beginning to box then HELL NO

if you have been boxing for years and just fell off for maybe a month then yes you should be ok, just run a couple miles .... practice continuous punching/combos without stopping. atleast 50 punches at a time and just keep adding more punches in, after maybe 5 days you wont be sore anymore and do some light sparring (4 rounds) keep that up youll be ok after 3 weeks

No bud its not enough you actually need 3 months I would suggest you train 4 hours 5 times a week and take the weekend to rest your muscles and you must work on you stamach, back and your stamina

Hope this helps

You're going to have to train very hard, but don't overload because you could put yourself at risk of injury. Short answer - yes you can, but be careful

Don't be a crybaby, i've heard of pros having only 2 weeks notice before a pro fight. If you don't win, quit n go back to school.

If you have never boxed before, 3 weeks is not enough time.
