Is it bad to do this after a boxing match? best answer 10 pts!?

A short splurge of a couple of days shouldn't do any permanent harm. You just have to get back to the training and dieting program that you're on.

All depends on your next fight but as your an amateur I would have just done that night and started training and eating clean again the next day. Why do you want junk anyway? You sound good so you shouldnt let it go to waste with a bad diet of filling up on junk because in the long term it will do damage.

Depending on how long your next fight is away.

Like if your next match is in the next month, I say that was fine, ever boxer does it now and again.

But if your next match is like in 2 weeks away, you don't have time to change your diet back again, after junk food. Cause it takes your body 2 weeks or more to get all the junk food out of your body.

But, then again I am not you.

Congrats on winning.

Everyone needs to unwind after a fight and long training.

However, you should have let loose for one night not for several days or a week.

After the fight it is okay to eat pizza and drink a few beers, but stop the next day.

This is more mental than physical and everyone needs a mental break now and then more than the physical break.

last weekend I had my 3rd boxing match which I won by the way! (3-0 now) Well I trained very hard for this fight. this guy was pretty tough! I trained hard for about a month or so along with a strict diet. when i say strict, it was STRICT. well after my fight i just went all out on a ton of junk food! all night that night, and sunday too. sadly, im still eating junk food up until today too! :( pizza, candy, cookies for the past 3 days! i gained a lot of weight back too. im going straight back to my diet/workout routine tomorrow. but i mean, was what i did bad considering boxing training is over for now until my next fight?
