Rigo is a genius fighter as boxing is all about hitting and not getting hit, just as he is a master at doing!
He's well trained, experienced, technical wizard. a boxing purist.Would you rather have him lay on the ropes (Ala Ali) and take endless shots to the body, then throw a 10 punch combination with 30 seconds left and have the judges award him the round.
Oh man, he beat our boy Flash but i wouldn't call Rigo dull and boring.
I personally dont think he is. I think if he had the punching power of malignaggi then definately he would be boring. But his punches have so much power that it gives you the "aw" effect when he lands. If he had fought anybody else not named nonito donaire it would have ended early.
I actually found the fight entertaining. Don't see why every fight has to be a dog fight. As much as I like those types of fights, it is good to see smart fighters like Guillermo.
I mean not taking anything from him,he beat donaire by hitting and moving but he is like miguel vazquez not a exiting who will never headline a main event.
