No way 3 losses. He definitely lost once to Castillo.

Pure mind games to get the guy to fight Pacquiao or under GBP.

……..And let me guess: Oscar Dela Hoya counts his 2007 fight with Floyd Mayweather as one of those three losses that Mayweather supposed to have on his record. I have an even better question lets count how my close decisions Oscar Dela Hoya got.

Pacquaio's just upset that's all. Mayweather does have an impressive fight record, he's the only man to beat Saul Alvarez, he beat an undefeated Ricky Hatton and he's also seen off Oscar De La Hoya and let's face it, ever since then De La Hoya has been desperate to see Mayweather suffer a defeat.

Mayweather has lost, even Leonard Ellerbe if you asked him privately who won the first fight between Mayweather and Castillo, if you assured him the camera's and microphones were switched off and his answer would never leave the room and it was just you and him in there, he'd tell you Castillo won that. Even if you desperately wanted to give it to Mayweather and watched it 10 times, you couldn't.

But there's been no other losses in my opinion, I presume De La Hoya's three are Castillo I, himself and Maidana? That's nonsense, he clearly beat Maidana and the De La Hoya one could have gone either way, I had Mayweather winning it by a point but you could make the case for a draw or a De La Hoya win. When it's that close you can't tell the guy who got the decision that he lost, he didn't.

Pacquiao is right about Floyd's record in comparison to his. The quality of the opponents Pacquiao has faced is far better than the opponents Floyd has faced.

With regards to what De La Hoya said, I'd say its more like 44-1-1

Mayweathers record makes him very marketable and a world champion for 19 years straight. His record is questionable though. As for his unofficial record, I think floyd beat oscar outside the ring by getting in his head and I think floyd won by 7 rounds to 5. A clear win though. As for maidana, since no points were deducted I think, that match was a draw imo. The only man that defeated him is jlc imo. So his unofficial record in my eyes is 44-1-1.

They need Mayweather, or his name, rather. Pac has an upcoming fight against a nobody that not one single person on earth wants to see lol. He HAS to talk about Mayweather to get the public's attention. The mere mentioning of Floyd's name makes headline news. Ever notice that Pacquiao's camp only talks about Mayweather when Pac has another fight coming up? There's a reason for that!!!!

Just check out any boxing website. Any article with the name "Mayweather" in the headline has like 10x the views of every other article. Pacquiao needs to say his name as much as possible to promote himself.

Pac and DeLa Hoya need Floyd, Floyd doesn.t need them, but if Pac signs with Mayweather Promotions, the new Don King of Boxing emerges, and Floyd will dominate Boxing Promotions just like he did his opponnets during his entire career. All of it, the DeLa Hoya in drag B.S., the Mayweather's illerate B.S and the 100 million dollar Pacuaio/Mayweather fight are all related to the power struggle between the two promotional companies. They will shape the future of professional boxing for the next several decades, the future is happening right in front of our eyes, and if we aren't observant, we will miss it.

45-1 for sure!
