At lightweight i would put Vasquez @1.
At Light welterweight i would take Rios and Alvarado out of the top 5 and put Khabib Allakhverdiev @4 and Lamont Peterson or Khan @5
Floyd isn't gonna move down to 140 so forget about him being a lineal champ in 3 divisions. But your list is on point.

It's not an opion it's a fact. Broner moved up to welterweight to fight Paulie malignaggi. He's now fighting Marcos maidana at the welterweight level.
