This is why I am not on here any more?

The eight round fight in between the Polish dude vs Mike Mollo and the main event was the best fight. Those two dudes were beating the living sh*t out of eachother.

Still can't believe Campillo choked like that. He was putting on a clinic, got hurt once and then just completely folded.

You're right though, great night of fights. You rarely get three consecutive really good fights, especially on FNF.

Chicago seems like a great fight town too BTW, the people in attendance were really into it, although considering how good the fights were I'd hope that was the case.

Dude tell me about it! I thought about posting something but no one ever talks about FNFs on here. I've tried before and haven't gotten more than three one sentence answers. It really is a shame man. It's all about the big names no one recognizes "bums" anymore. But that is totally the other side of the sport. Most only know the flashy PPV multimillionaire style of boxing. I totally get why this forum would suck.

The sport is making a comeback though no doubt about it. Last night was absolutely terrific for boxing in USA. If FNFs can pull that kinda venue all over, the sport will be back huge. Not just here though, Pac vs Rios is supposed to light the spark in Asia. The future is bright for the sport.

I was at a hotel with my family for two days and I happened to catch it on ESPN. It was an amazing Friday Night Fights, probably the best I've seen yet.

First off, Mike Mollo vs Artur Spilzka II was an all out war, just like there first fight. Mollo showed a lot of heart, but Spilzka was the better man. Thank god they had a better referee for the second fight and not that bogus one in the first. This felt like the main event already.

Then the second fight, Adrian Granados vs Mike Salser. Granados looked very impressive with his hand speed and accuracy, especially his constant attack to the body. He was dominating when fighting an outside fight. However when he tried to get Salser on the ropes on the inside he kept getting knocked down. Granados was getting pummeled when trying to engage in an inside fight, but eventually the body shots took their toll and wore Salser down to finish it. I'd love to see Granados again, he looked very impressive. He has some flaws, but I liked what I saw.

Finally, the fight between Gabriel Campilo and Andrzej Fonfara in which Campilo was winning but got knocked down and didnt get up.

I too was surprised that no one said anything on this forum, and the boxing section here seems pretty dead to me. Great night for boxing though.

what happened to your top 10 p4p rated malik scott?who fought on espns card then?

2 people answered, and btw, thats a statement/story, not a question

K bye

Last night ESPN had a triple header on . I came to this site to see what some of you guys thought about the fights. To my surprise not one word about the best boxing show ESPN has ever put on. I have found another site that only talks boxing .If any of you care you can go to ESPN and watch replay of all three fights .I am all but finished with this site.
