Because Bob Arum won't reach an agreement with Floyd's camp over the money, because Floyd can't agree with Manny on drug test procedures, but most of all, because Floyd for the one of the first times in his career is nervous that he may lose his prestigious undefeated streak to Manny, that's why I doubt it will ever happen, and even if it does, they'll both be older and it won't as much of a spectacle to watch, though I will watch it. (come on manny!!! *cough* who said that?!)
Mayweather will lose by decision. Pacquiao retired.
